The Design Phase
Your Initial Design Meeting
From the initial meeting, our aim is to get to know you, your wants, desires, and needs. We want to ‘get up close and personal’ with you so we can fulfil the brief and create your new luxury space which is tailored to give you a better life.
Here, we will discover your appliance requirements as well as worktop, lighting and flooring preferences. This will help us to understand your budget better.
We will ask questions including:
- Will this be your forever home? How long are you planning to live here for?
- How do you like to cook?
- Do you like to garden, will you need a food composter?
- How do you like to organise your food?
- Do you like to entertain?
Please note: This is a detailed meeting that can last up to an hour. If you could send through your floorplans*, ideas, and Pinterest boards 48hrs in advance that would be hugely beneficial for the team. If you feel comfortable, send through photos of inside your cupboards to show us how you live currently. This will allow the team to start thinking of design led solutions for your new kitchen.
*if you don’t have floorplans and feel uncomfortable with a tape measure, please speak to the team directly for advice.
Your initial quotation
Following on from your initial design consultation, we will prepare an initial quotation. We will also create some visuals for you to look at to present in your next meeting.
On average, this will take 7 to 10 days.
Please note: The size of the space and level of detail may affect the timescale.
Presenting our ideas to you
When presenting our ideas to you, we will showcase materials, colours, tiles, flooring, brassware, and taps etc. to allow you to begin to visualise your new space. At this stage, you will have a strong understanding of what your new kitchen could look like.
No kitchen is the same. Every kitchen is unique as you.
If you are happy with everything that we have presented, we will take a 10% deposit to move onto the detailed design phase.
This meeting will take up to an hour.
Visiting the site
Following our presentation and your 10% deposit, we will visit you on site to conduct a site measure before starting our detailed design plans.
The detailed design phase
Following on, the team will create a detailed design plan. Your designer may require another meeting to confirm some details with you, which may be completed in one of the showrooms or virtually.
The final design meeting
We will call you back into the showroom once your kitchen design has been completed. Here, you will confirm the plans and whether you are happy with them. Here, we will request the remaining balance for the deposit. This will be a total of 50%.
In this meeting, you will sign off product boards which will include all the finishes. We will also prepare a master contract for you to sign.
The design phase approximately takes 4-6 weeks. This is from the initial consultation to the final design.
We collaborate with you to create a kitchen that is individual to you.

The Production Phase
Once the 50% deposit has been paid, we will then move into the production phase where your kitchen and appliances will be on order. Our operations team will be introduced at this stage.
Prior to installation, we will prepare Mechanical and Engineering drawings (M&E) for your contractor which will be sent directly with you in copy.
Please note: your M&E drawings are not needed for your contractor to quote for the work – they are just for installation.
We offer a dry-fit service, which is an industry standard. This involves installing the kitchen and putting everything in place without plumbing and electricals.
The Production Phase approximately takes 10-12 weeks.
The Installation Phase
Two weeks prior to your installation date, we kindly request that you pay the remaining balance in full.
A dry fit kitchen installation can take 2-3 days. If you are having a stone or quartz template, the templates would come in after the dry-fit has been completed. The manufacturers fabrication workshop can take 7-10 days to create and install.
Once installation is complete, we will visit you on site to sign off and make sure that you are happy with everything. Your happiness is always our priority.
Don’t forget, we will always be here to answer any further questions you may have. We are one call or email away.
The Installation Phase approximately takes 2-4 weeks.
